Speed workout! I wasn't sure what to expect, however, I know this one was harder than I expected! 5x1000 at 5k (first 2 normal, next 2 faster 200m start, last one faster 300m finish) with 4 min rest then 3x400 at mile pace. 3:13, 3:11, 3:12, 3:10, 3:11, 65, 67, 65! Very pleased with my efforts! It got hard and I had every excuse, but I put my mind to it and stayed in there :) What more could I ask for?
