Boy oh boy... I don't know what to do except try to find the good and hope it'll all come together someday. 1) Best first mile I've had all season, finally starting out where I should 2) Passed 1 guy on the home stretch 3) Cheered really hard for all the other races! I am going to work on the first two miles next race and just stay relaxed. Decided to not worry about college running anymore because at this rate it's not happening so why stress it?

You really have no idea of your potential. All you focus on is learning and getting better. One race is nothing. Just put in the work, knowing that hard work is always rewarded. The Murray Invite is bigger than the State meet as far as depth. Just improve. 10 seconds faster/mile and you're 18th, 15 seconds faster/mile and you're 7th. It's all about small improvements.

Glory in the long run up there telling it like it is. With regards to college running, don't worry about college running. Put in the work and trust in the work you have put in and college running will come. You're on pace to be faster than me Dalpal, just trust Jamie and trust the work you put in
