Speed day. 10 x 400m! On the track! It got me excited :) The said paces were 5 at 5k, 3 at 2 mile, and 2 at mile. Tried to stay on the outside lanes so I could push harder but not push pace with the guys. Hit 76, 76, 75, 73, 78, 69, 70, 70, 62, 63. Very pleased with my times, effort, and mental state. Finished up with 20 min on the bike!

Great news! Running felt alright today :) I will probably just be running 6 miles everyday now and biking the rest of my mileage to ensure an injury free season. I biked 20min today and it felt good! Also added single leg squats to my abs, hips, and push-ups/pull-ups!
